"I was transfered over to this office when my original agent retired. I'm still very new to them and I've had to do some changes to my account for various personal reasons. They have been patient, informative, and very, very nice throughout the process. Whenever I have to change from a trusted provider to a new unknoen one, I find it very nerve wracking, but they have been great!!"

"I have been with state farm for 20+ years, my agent retired, our car broke down and that is how I found out because a tow was not being covered by the agent I had for so long, and once I heard I was going to the Burlington State farmI threw a fit! Literally, ( I don't like change) . I called the Burlington office and my new agent Gursharan touched bases immediately about the situation, he talked with me for awhile and I knew right there for him taking the time and care I wanted to stay with the Burlington office, his team is wonderful, not only did he fight for me to get reimbursed for the tow he sent updates on the progress along the way. Hands down happy I stay with Burlington State farm, I am really happy I did not fly off the handle and go with another company. I recommend Gursharan, he goes above and beyond for people who in trust their business with him..."
